What is the delivery time?

The delivery process consists of two phases:

Processing Time

Within 1–3 business days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. The package will then be prepared for shipment.

Shipping Time

USA: 1–3 business days

Shipping is handled by UPS.

All shipping times exclude potential customs delays.

During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

What are the shipping costs?

Kelsey & Stacy offers free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Where is my package?

After shipment, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.

The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To access this, click “Track Your Order” in the main menu.

For logistical reasons, an order may be shipped in multiple shipments.

My tracking number doesn’t work

It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated.
